Robert Brown — AI Automation Builder
I spent 15 years in digital marketing, most of it running my own agency. When AI tools started showing up, I didn’t just use them — I started building with them. What began with prompt engineering and marketing AI quickly turned into something bigger: designing full automation systems for small businesses.
Today I run Smart AI Designs out of the San Antonio area, building AI-powered tools and workflows for service businesses. My flagship product, GlowPost, is a monthly social content engine that handles everything from competitive research to publishing — built for med spas and service businesses who don’t have time to figure out social media.
Beyond GlowPost, I build custom web apps, automated workflows, and business tools for clients across multiple industries — from luxury home design firms to public speakers to construction companies. I’ve built 25+ applications using tools like n8n, Supabase, and the Claude API, and I work with business owners who need practical AI solutions, not science projects.
I’m not a computer scientist. I’m a business owner who taught himself to build, and that’s exactly why the things I create actually work for other business owners. If you’re trying to figure out where AI fits in your business, I’ve probably already solved a version of your problem.
